Shimla is the capital of the northern Indian state of Himachal Pradesh, in the Himalayan foothills. Once the summer capital of British India, it remains the terminus of the narrow-gauge Kalka-Shimla Railway, completed in 1903. Day - 1 :-

Delhi to Shimla :- New Delhi – Shimla by overnight Volvo

Today evening you will reach ISBT Kashmiri gate and board Volvo bus at late in the night.

Day - 2 :-

Shimla :- Shimla and Local sightseeing

On arrival our driver will pick you up at ISBT Shimla or at crossing We will provide you driver contact number beforehand. After he picks you up you will be driven to Sankat Mochan temple and after that you will depart to the hotel for check in at 12 a. m. and freshen up leave for sightseeing at Cart Road heritage walk, Mall road, Ridge, Lakkar Bazaar and Kali Bari temple. After completion you will depart back to hotel for dinner and overnight stay. Shimla is called as a queen of hills, it is beautifully tucked in Shivalik range of the great Himalayas. It has altitude of approx 2300 meter above sea level. During the British Raj it was the summer capital of India and now capital of Himachal Pradesh.

Day - 3 :-

Shimla :- Kufri Sightseeing

Today morning after breakfast you will leave for sightseeing at Kufri and other tourist spots like Green Valley, Indira Tourist Park, Himalayan Park at Chini Bunglow and afterwards you will return back to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day - 4 :-

Shimla to Delhi :- Shimla – New Delhi

Post breakfast check out from hotel & process to drop Volvo bus stand for overnight journey.

21 days or more prior to the departure date or from the booking date, Initial Booking Amount, or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable) an additional amount of visa fee will be forfeited (in case visa has been applied).

Between 21-10 days: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as penalty or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable) an additional amount of visa fee will be forfeited (in case visa has been applied).

Less than 10 days: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as penalty

No show total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.

The cancellation policy is subject to change. It purely depends upon the cancellation policy of respective hotels. In Peaks seasons, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation

Any Discount, Convenience Fee, Bank charge, online payment charge are non-refundable

Initial Booking Amount – 25% of Package Cost per person or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable)

21 days prior to the departure date - 50% of the remaining tour cost

15 days prior to the departure date - 100% of the remaining tour cost required

For Non-refundable & time-limit itineraries 100% payment is required to confirm a booking.

The prices quoted by the Company in its brochures / quotation are in US Dollars or equivalent in foreign currency (local currency of the foreign country / countries being visited). The Company reserves the right to amend these prices in case of currency fluctuation and changes in various rates of exchange and or fuel cost before departure, and to surcharge accordingly. All such increases in price must be paid for in full.

The ROE (Rate of Exchange) for all part payment of the tour shall be considered as per the current ROE on the day payment is being made

Holiday Package Rates are applicable for a minimum of 02 passengers traveling together

Rates are not applicable during exhibitions, conventions, and special events. Surcharges shall apply and shall be determined at the time of booking

In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category.

Standard check-in time is at 1400 hours & check out time is 1200 hours or as per hotel policy

From 2300 hours - 0600 hours, private arrival/departure transfers shall be applicable with an additional supplement of as per destination per vehicle per way

Maximum waiting time at the airport shall be 45 minutes from the arrival time of the flight
